Liability
PARTY + PICNIC co. is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving reason. Upon cancellation of a booking we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

PARTY + PICNIC co.  shall in no way be held responsible or accountable for any damage, injury, death or loss of income caused to the client, any third parties or properties due to the hire of equipment or provided services by PARTY + PICNIC co. All equipment is hired and is the responsibility of the client until returned to the hire company. Any damage caused must be paid for in full.

Clients are held liable for all legalities associated to alcohol consumption. 

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. All pricing is listed in United States dollars.

Privacy
Any personal information that you provide to PARTY + PICNIC co. will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of our organization. 

Service Agreement

A service agreement will be provided via email and signed by all clients when booking any party, picnic or rental services. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, remainder of payment is due 30 days prior to event. Full payment for party + picnic services includes a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Service / Delivery Radius

For party and picnic services, PARTY + PICNIC co. will service all locations within 15 miles of the Syracuse, NY region (13210 / 13212 zip codes) free of charge. Service locations outside of this region can be accommodated for an additional $5 per mile fee. Rental services do not include free delivery but can be accommodated for an additional fee. 

Rental Agreement

PARTY + PICNIC co. requires a refundable deposit ($15-$50, dependent on rental) due at booking. Rental term is three days. PARTY + PICNIC co. reserves the right to deduct $25 from deposit for each late day the rental has not been returned. Customer is responsible for any loss or damaged items. PARTY + PICNIC co. will outline cost of potential damages on rental agreement that's signed at booking and deduct damages from security deposit upon return, if necessary.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up until 48 hours prior to the event or rental. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior are eligible for a full refund less $100 non-refundable deposit for parties + picnics. Cancellations made within 14 days of event or rental will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for any cancellation within 48 hours of the party, picnic or rental time. 

Picnic Weather Policy
PARTY + PICNIC co. reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. PARTY + PICNIC co. will notify you of the cancellation via email or phone and will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If a reschedule cannot be made, a full refund will be rewarded. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you don't want to reschedule, we are happy to switch up the location to your backyard or living room- just send us an email.
