Offering our signature pop-up, luxury picnic experience all over the Syracuse, New York region. Enjoy at the park, beach, backyard, or even living room of your choosing. Our team will set up the picnic prior to your arrival and clean it all up after you are done. Perfect for date nights, girls' days, bachelorette parties, bridal showers and baby showers.

Per your selection, each guest will receive either a bottle of still water or can of sparkling, flavored water. We also provide an ice bucket with plenty of ice. A small ice bucket and bottle opener for wine can be provided, upon request.
Charcuterie, dessert and fruit boards can be provided for an additional fee. A cake stand and/or food tray can be provided upon request to help elevate the goodies you decide to bring with.

PARTY + PICNIC co. will service all locations within 20 miles of the Syracuse, NY region (13210 / 13212 zip codes) free of charge. Service locations outside of this region can be accommodated for an additional $4 per mile fee.
If you are hosting an event at home or at a secure location we can arrange for an overnight hire and pack down in the morning for an extra fee.
Standard Time Slots:
Monday - Friday: 5:30-7:30pm (LOCAL ONLY)
Saturday & Sunday: 11am-1pm + 5-7pm
Time slots are open for customization, dependent on availability and park hours.
How It Works:
Click BOOK NOW and tell us when, where, how many people and list add-ons or any other special details you'd like us to know.
Agreement + Payment
P+P will send a follow up service agreement via email confirming picnic details. A 50% deposit is due at booking. The remainder of payment is due 30 days prior to event. Picnics are eligible for a full refund (less $100 non-refundable deposit) up to 14 days prior to event. Day Of Picnic
- P+P will arrive to the site early and set up picnic prior to your scheduled arrival time.
- A P+P installation agent will text you the pinpoint location of the picnic.
- Arrive at the destination at your scheduled time and enjoy!
- Once scheduled time slot is up, feel free to leave the set up. The P+P installation agent will return to clean it all up.
- If any questions arise during the picnic or you need to leave early for whatever reason, please notify the installation agent.
*Helium will not be used for any balloons
